Steven Malikowski is the lead writer at WordShop Services, although additional writers and other publishing professionals are available when needed. Steven started his career as a technical writer in 1990. In that work, he wrote a 1,000 page user manual for the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS). That manual showed DHS employees to how to use their primary database, for managing patient services. Since then, he has written academic articles, grant proposals, book chapters, cycling blogs, and a novel.
This experience has made Steven able to adapt to a variety of writing situations and needs. Fundamentally, he believes that readers or users want clear and brief information that meets their immediate needs, instead of information that comes close or might be useful someday.
